LightDance Studio is pleased to offer Premium High Resolution Photography of Architectural Interiors & Exteriors along with on location Food Photography. LightDance now has a global presence with the opening of a new office in New Zealand, covering the South Pacific as well as continuing in Colorado, Utah Arizona and the soutwest United States, with our team of 3 photographers Additonally we offer 360 Degree Virtual Tours and Aerials along with Stunning Scenic Photography.

Monika Hileary, founder, employs state of the art camera and lighting equipment and shoots in all formats up to large format 4x5, in both film and high end digital .Recently added is the Phase One Digital Back, utilized with both medium and large format cameras. File sizes are huge (really huge) and out-resolve 4x5 inch film while providing a significantly larger dynamic range.

Lighting for interiors is extensive and consists of both high powered flash and tungsten lighting. Numerous mini-spot lights enhance our scenes to add not only hightlights, but also creates depth and separation.

In optimization of your photo session, considerable attention is paid to detail through styling. Kelli Meier, our main stylist and assistant, has been part of our team for over 6 years and is known for her keen eye and attention to detail.

Finally, digital retouching and enhancement is provided with every job, as we strive to deliver the best images possible and is included in our fees. Only in rare circumstances, where something extraodinary is requested, would additional retouching charges be necessary.

Such things as merging window scenes into interior shots or adding fires into fireplaces are standard. Within the past year we have developed a method called Digital Wet Down, where a completely natural wet down is created in Photoshop, when hosing down with water just isn't feasible. This is especialy ideal when working on a commercial shoot where there is a large parking lot or in winter conditions.
